Job Description
Position: Manager – JV, Mergers, and Acquisitions
Objective:
Serve as a trusted advisor to drive and implement inorganic growth and exit strategies.
Role:
Take the lead in navigating complex transaction lifecycles, including acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, fundraising, IPOs, takeovers, mergers, and strategic reviews. Provide strategic and actionable insights for sale processes, from initial positioning to closure, while facilitating acquisitions, alliances, and mergers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s investment strategies and goals.
- Contribute to commercial and technical due diligence processes, performing detailed quantitative analyses for identified opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external advisors, including financial and technical experts.
- Foster partnerships that deliver results while building and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
- Evaluate investor technical and feasibility studies, offering actionable insights to management.
- Create high-quality assessments, reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Oversee transaction management, ensuring alignment with targets, milestones, and quality standards. Collaborate with counterparties and other advisors to achieve seamless execution.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial advisory, deal structuring, investment, business development, and strategic alliances.
- Exceptional numerical and financial acumen, coupled with advanced critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and craft innovative transaction solutions.

- Experience: 10+ years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
- Age: 30+ year
