Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a robust sales and marketing strategy to establish market leadership.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and distribution channels to support long-term growth.
- Align team efforts with company goals, focusing on eco-friendly and innovative product solutions.
Sales Management
- Set and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance sales team.
- Build and manage a robust distribution network, collaborating with key stakeholders such as distributors, retailers, and industrial clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, refining strategies to ensure continuous growth.
Marketing Leadership
- Design and execute impactful marketing strategies, including product positioning, branding, and tailored campaigns.
- Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, product demos, and case studies.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate customer feedback into innovation initiatives.
Market Analysis & Insights
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Provide actionable recommendations on pricing, market expansion, and positioning across GCC and export markets.
- Stay informed on sustainability trends, regulatory updates, and industry advancements.
Customer Relationship Management
- Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and sustainability organizations.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to elevate brand presence.
- Ensure a superior customer experience through effective pre- and post-sales service.
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in construction, building materials, or engineered products.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Experience managing diverse teams and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO).
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from sales data and market trends.
