Job Description:
We seek a highly experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader who will oversee and guide the finance team across various functions, including General Ledger (GL), Treasury, Management Information Systems (MIS), costing, inventory, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets. The Finance Manager will support decision-making processes at all levels of the organization, aligned with the CFO’s objectives and the company’s business goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team across all functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals and objectives.
- Oversee the reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts and work to reduce reversal entries.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards.
- Assist the CFO in developing and recommending Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measuring the company’s financial and operational performance.
- Support financial decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals.
- Must be 45 years old or below.
- A professional qualification such as CPA (USA), ACCA, or CA (UK) with strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
- A minimum of 8 years of financial experience in a senior role (Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Finance Director) within a large FMCG company.
- At least 3 years of audit experience in a Big 4 audit firm.
