Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Keeper to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management within the construction sector and be responsible for ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and accurate record-keeping of materials and supplies essential for smooth operations on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of materials and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels to support ongoing projects.
  • Goods Receipt & Inspection: Supervise the receipt of materials, performing quality and quantity checks to ensure all items meet required standards.
  • Storage & Organization: Organize and manage the warehouse efficiently to minimize waste and ensure easy access to materials as needed on-site.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain and update inventory databases regularly, generating reports on stock levels, usage, and replenishment needs.
  • Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to various construction sites.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and best practices in the handling and storage of construction materials, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Audit Support: Assist in inventory audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Store Keeper within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful inventory management.
  • Education: A diploma or equivalent in a related field. Additional certifications in inventory management or related areas are highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
    • Basic understanding of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
    • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Years of Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Residence Location: Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
