Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated SME Sales to join our client, a fast-growing tech start-up. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the sales pipeline, identifying sales opportunities, and driving multiple transactions simultaneously. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring the advancement of multiple transactions through various stages.
- Generate and follow up on both warm and new leads, ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Achieve set sales targets by focusing on existing solutions and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise and implement strategies that drive success and achieve goals.
- Negotiate deals effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and document sales activities, ensuring up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales or a related IT field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in using them to manage sales activities.
