Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and pursue potential clients in the logistics and customs clearance space.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Contribute to the formulation of effective sales plans in the logistics and customs sector.

Solution-Oriented Selling

  • Assess client requirements related to customs clearance and logistics.
  • Propose tailored solutions that streamline and optimize import/export operations.

Industry Knowledge & Market Insights

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Provide clients with relevant and timely insights to support their operations.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment processes.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze sales performance, generate accurate forecasts, and share insights with management.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of sales experience in logistics, customs clearance, or supply chain.
  • Solid knowledge of customs regulations, import/export documentation, and logistics workflows.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to excel both independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in freight forwarding or international shipping is an advantage.
