We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in the Customs Clearance & Logistics sector. Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and pursue potential clients in the logistics and customs clearance space.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Sales Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Contribute to the formulation of effective sales plans in the logistics and customs sector.
Solution-Oriented Selling
- Assess client requirements related to customs clearance and logistics.
- Propose tailored solutions that streamline and optimize import/export operations.
Industry Knowledge & Market Insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with relevant and timely insights to support their operations.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment processes.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze sales performance, generate accurate forecasts, and share insights with management.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years of sales experience in logistics, customs clearance, or supply chain.
- Solid knowledge of customs regulations, import/export documentation, and logistics workflows.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to excel both independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in freight forwarding or international shipping is an advantage.
