Position Overview
Grand Eagle International Trading Company Private Limited is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to spearhead the promotion and distribution of our premium-quality Pakistani rice products in the Saudi Arabian market. This role focuses on establishing and nurturing B2B relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and food service providers to amplify our presence across key regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors.
- Execute cold calls, email campaigns, and impactful sales presentations to introduce our product portfolio.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving regional market growth.
2. Product Expertise:
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the company’s rice offerings, including types, certifications (e.g., Halal), and supply chain attributes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive positioning.
3. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Develop tailored pricing proposals and product demonstrations that address client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company profitability goals while meeting client expectations.
4. Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
- Collect competitor intelligence to inform strategic positioning and product differentiation.
5. Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work in harmony with internal departments, including logistics and supply chain, to ensure seamless product delivery and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with local distributors to maximize market penetration and product visibility.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using CRM software.
- Provide detailed sales performance reports and market feedback to the management team for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BSC) with 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or the food industry. Experience in B2B sales and familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Saudi rice market, including import regulations.
- Skill Set:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Cultural Awareness: Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East with a strong understanding of local norms and business etiquette.
