As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual presentation of merchandise, ensuring signage is accurate and visually appealing, and that the store environment reflects company standards at all times.
• Operational Standards: Uphold all company policies and procedures while ensuring operational excellence in every aspect of store management. You will take an active role in managing inventory, cash handling, and ensuring that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all safety and loss prevention protocols.
