We seek an enthusiastic and driven Retail Supervisor to join our management team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the store leadership, responsible for developing and leading a high-performing sales team, optimizing store operations, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities:

  • Building Talent: Lead the recruitment and development of a motivated, sales-driven team. You will be responsible for training and supporting new associates to ensure they succeed and meet company performance expectations. Through coaching and mentorship, you will foster an environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Surpass customer expectations by providing exceptional service with every interaction. You will work to build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they return by exceeding their needs and making each experience memorable. You will also gather and act on customer feedback regarding product use in both educational and home environments to improve overall service quality.
  • Revenue & Operational Excellence: Maximize sales through effective management of controllable expenses and achieving store sales goals. As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual presentation of merchandise, ensuring signage is accurate and visually appealing, and that the store environment reflects company standards at all times.
  • Operational Standards: Uphold all company policies and procedures while ensuring operational excellence in every aspect of store management. You will take an active role in managing inventory, cash handling, and ensuring that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all safety and loss prevention protocols.

  • At least 1 year of relevant retail management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems and the ability to handle store operations efficiently.
