We are seeking a dependable and proactive Package Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. In this role, you will ensure the timely and safe delivery of packages to residential and commercial destinations, maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly to deliver packages on assigned routes.
- Adhere to scheduled routes and timelines, ensuring punctual deliveries.
- Load and unload packages with care, ensuring items are handled properly.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, noting completion status and reporting issues as needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to resolve inquiries or concerns.
- Uphold company policies and comply with all state and local traffic regulations.
- Immediately report any incidents, delays, or package damage to the relevant department.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in delivery driving or customer service is advantageous but not required.
