In collaboration with a strategic partner, our client is establishing a leading Equipment Leasing Company focused on innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. With a robust fleet and expansion into new regions, this venture aims to set industry benchmarks in heavy equipment leasing, including earth-moving machinery, heavy lifting solutions, energy systems, and refurbishment and resale of heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Establish and enforce safety protocols, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Enhance processes to maximize profitability, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Financial Leadership: Develop budgets, manage cash flow, and oversee credit and collections policies.
- Asset Management: Ensure the maintenance, optimal utilization, and lifecycle management of the equipment fleet.
- Market Strategy: Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and adapt to industry trends.
- Technology Integration: Implement advanced technologies for fleet tracking, maintenance, and financial reporting, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Sustainability Focus: Integrate eco-friendly technologies and practices to align with corporate sustainability objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a cohesive team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years in relevant roles, with at least 10 years in heavy equipment leasing.
- Education: Engineering or Business degree required; MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead organizations and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Technological Expertise: Familiarity with the latest market technologies and a proactive approach to digitalization.
