Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising. This role requires strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, conduct market research, and identify opportunities for optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce engaging content and enhance user experiences. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, including reporting, meetings, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Manage digital campaigns across email, social media, search engines, and display ads.
- Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet goals.
- Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to optimize user engagement.
- Manage key accounts, including client reporting and presentations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience; agency experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Experience with marketing automation and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate:
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
