Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee and manage accounting operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and KSA Tax Ministry regulations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting staff, and delivering timely reports to support business operations. Expertise in import/export processes and audit practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting and tax records in line with IFRS and KSA Tax Ministry requirements.
- Develop and implement entity-specific accounting policies.
- Ensure the timely submission of accurate financial reports.
- Oversee monthly period closures for management accounting purposes.
- Manage and optimize accounting processes related to imports and exports.
- Lead and mentor accounting staff to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Chief Accountant.
- Professional education in Economics or Accounting.
- Strong audit-related experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of import/export processes and financial management.
