Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Account Specialist on behalf of our client to manage client portfolios, build lasting relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions tailored to client needs. This role focuses on fostering trust, maintaining satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities within client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all client account management matters, representing the company professionally.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely delivery of tailored solutions aligned with client objectives and requirements.
- Provide regular updates on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on account status, billing, and deal closings.
- Address and resolve challenging client requests or escalated issues effectively.
- Identify sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, to drive revenue growth within client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution as per plans.
- Support transition teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with agreed timelines and expectations.
- Foster interdepartmental collaboration to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work and information handling.
- Undertake additional responsibilities related to account management as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in account management or a relevant role.
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
- Proven experience in delivering client-centric solutions.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
